Welcome to The Ten Pound Bag

The Ten Pound Bag is the story about my personal journey to lose 25 pounds. Nutrition and habit change will be featured topics along with item reveals in my personal Ten Pound Bag.

What is so special about a bunch of random stuff in a bag?

 

Each item in my bag contributed to my success.  Some are direct contributors, while others are reminders, inspiration, and motivators with an indirect impact.  We will discover them together and in the process construct your personal bag.


I believe that everyone should have access to personalized nutrition coaching that helps them achieve their goals in a sustainable way. While I will show you what worked for me, I recommend you consult with your doctor, trainer, and any other health professionals you trust before adopting my practices.
