How I lost the weight and regained my passion.
The destination is not as important as the journey. As you know, Since 2020, the world has changed. How we work, live, and fuel was impacted by forces beyond our control. I was not an exception. Like many others, I lost my job, left my gym, gained weight, and became a slave to the very devices that promised to make my life easy. I woke up one day 25 pounds heaver than I wanted to be. I was spending too much time online and I began to dislike the person I saw in the mirror everyday. It wasn't just physically. My passion was gone.
Over the course of 12 months I found my way back and discovered the truth about who I was and who I wanted to be. All thanks to my bag. My journey is not finished but the destination has never been so clear. I changed and you can too. The secret is in the Ten Pound Bag.
In the coming weeks, you have the opportunity to follow along as I reveal the steps, methodologies, habits, and truths that helped me learn to stop the madness and begin my continuing journey to become the best version of myself.
Now I recognize everyone's journey is unique. The nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes I adopted may not be the best for everyone. That is expected. Always do what is best for you and where you are on your journey. You may not be able to follow everything to the letter but If you learn one thing, it will be worth it.

Just to let you know, I am Nutrition Coach. This blog will include general nutrition recommendations but they are only a part of the solutions I found for myself. Back to the Bag
Traveling with me on this journey is the Ten Pound Bag. The bag in its current form helped get me to where I am now. It will change over time, and may eventually get replaced. That is ok. Change is inevitable. I can't wait to share it's secrets with you. Are you ready?
